Dr. Mona Zoughaib is the Managing Partner and co-founder of We Grow Minds. With over 20 years of experience in banking, aviation, and education, Dr. Zoughaib is widely recognized in the region as a preeminent project management consultant and an expert trainer. She holds a PHD from Université de Paris, an MBA and a BS of Computer Science from Lebanese American University. Dr. Zoughaib is a certified trainer for PWC academy, PMP certified, and an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor of PWC and We Grow Minds by PMI Global. She is a former board member of PMI Lebanon, a regional Key note speaker in major events, and is also a part-time professor at AUB and LAU for Executive MBA program.
